Replacement motor took months to get shipped. Also the damage to motor was caused by bad factory assembly as the motor cover plate got loosed due that screws had no loctite on them. lastly you could see the quality of stainless used on the rust of a one year in use only cover.

After we found out the problem together, we are able to make the new motor for you. Since we have upgraded our motor and system so by that time, we don't have that motor in stock. We need to make specially for you. We are sorry it took long time but finally we have solved this problem. We are upgrading our products all the time and hope we can still have some cooperation in the future.
